How we started.
In fall of 2023, the Center for Economic Opportunity and Belonging (the Center) established the Utah Digital Opportunity Network in response to the need for ongoing community inclusion in the state’s digital equity and high-speed internet expansion planning. For Utah to be truly equitable, all individuals and communities should have the knowledge needed for full participation in our society, democracy and economy.
